Are you moving through life on autopilot?

…Showing up, doing the things, but feeling stuck in your mind, body, or old patterns? Therapy can help you pause, make sense of the story you’ve been telling yourself, and gently rewrite the parts that no longer serve you.

Our therapists support you in learning to work in harmony with your mind and body, even when they’re sending mixed signals or repeating outdated narratives. You don’t need to have the whole plot figured out. Your story matters, and the next chapter is still being written.

Therapy that’s working feels like this: sleeping without the mental spiral. Having the hard conversation without shutting down. Understanding why you keep landing in the same place, and then getting yourself unstuck. Feeling less like you’re managing your life and more like you’re living it.

Our therapists specialize in DBT, trauma and somatic work, addiction, anxiety, depression, and relational healing. We pair practical tools with deeper healing, working collaboratively at a pace that’s yours. You simply need a willingness to start.

Reaching out for therapy often means you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to start.

  • Sometimes, being truly heard is where change begins. Our therapists offer evidence-based, effective mental health therapy to help you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and more. Together, we’ll explore your story, identify patterns that feel stuck, and create space for clarity, growth, and relief.

You can expect a range of therapy approaches tailored to your unique needs. Our therapists pull from: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and more.

  • Healing from addiction isn’t just possible, it’s something you deserve. Our addiction specialists support you in defining recovery on your own terms while helping you understand the patterns beneath substance use or addictive behaviors. Together, we work toward a life that feels more connected, intentional, and under your control.

  • When your thoughts are running the show (and not in a helpful direction) CBT can help you take back the wheel. This evidence-based, structured approach helps individuals identify the thought patterns driving anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and other mental health challenges. CBT gives you practical tools to challenge unhelpful thinking, shift behavioral patterns, and build a more grounded relationship with your own mind.

  • When you're exhausted from fighting your thoughts and feelings, ACT offers a different path forward. Rather than trying to eliminate discomfort, this evidence-based approach helps you build psychological flexibility by making space for difficult experiences while staying connected to what matters most. ACT helps you stop getting stuck in mental battles and start taking meaningful action aligned with your values.

  • When stress, trauma, or difficult emotions seem trapped in your body, bioenergetic therapy helps bring awareness to the connection between physical tension and emotional well-being. Through movement, breathing, and body-based techniques, this approach supports the release of stored stress while helping you feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself.

  • When trauma has changed the way you see yourself, others, or the world around you, CPT can help you make sense of what happened and move forward. This evidence-based trauma treatment helps individuals identify and challenge the beliefs that often develop after traumatic experiences, reducing distress and creating space for healing, clarity, and renewed confidence.

  • When emotions feel intense, unpredictable, or overwhelming, DBT can help bring things back into balance. This structured, skills-based approach supports individuals navigating borderline personality disorder, emotion dysregulation, and relationship struggles. DBT gives you tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier connections.

  • When conflict, distance, or recurring patterns leave you feeling disconnected from the people you care about most, EFT helps strengthen emotional bonds. This attachment-based approach helps individuals and couples better understand their emotions, improve communication, and create deeper, more secure connections built on trust and understanding.

  • When your mind is constantly replaying the past or worrying about the future, mindfulness therapy helps you reconnect with the present moment. By developing greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences, this approach can reduce stress, increase emotional balance, and help you respond to life's challenges with greater intention and self-compassion.

  • When you've spent years trying to fit into expectations that don't feel natural to you, neurodiversity-affirming therapy offers a space where your differences are understood as part of who you are, not something that needs fixing. This approach supports self-understanding, self-advocacy, and emotional well-being while honoring your unique strengths, needs, and ways of experiencing the world.

  • When you're navigating the joys and challenges of supporting a neurodivergent child, having guidance can make all the difference. This collaborative approach helps parents better understand their child's needs, strengthen communication, build supportive routines, and develop practical strategies that foster connection, confidence, and growth for the entire family.

  • When trauma-related fears are keeping your world smaller than you'd like it to be, prolonged exposure therapy can help you reclaim it. This evidence-based treatment gradually and safely helps individuals face trauma memories and avoided situations, reducing fear over time and allowing life to feel more open, manageable, and meaningful again.

  • When navigating emotions, relationships, and everyday challenges feels overwhelming, SEL helps build the skills needed to thrive. This strengths-based approach focuses on emotional awareness, communication, problem-solving, self-regulation, and healthy decision-making, supporting greater confidence and success both personally and socially.

  • When different parts of you seem to be pulling in different directions, Somatic IFS helps you understand and connect with those inner experiences while staying grounded in your body. This integrative approach combines the insight of Internal Family Systems with body-based awareness, helping you heal old wounds, build self-compassion, and create greater internal harmony.

  • When your body is carrying stress, trauma, or emotions that words alone can't fully reach, somatic therapy helps bring healing through greater body awareness. By exploring physical sensations, nervous system responses, and patterns of tension, this approach supports regulation, resilience, and a deeper sense of safety within yourself.

  • When trauma has impacted a child's emotional well-being, relationships, or sense of safety, TF-CBT offers a structured path toward healing. This evidence-based approach helps children, adolescents, and their caregivers process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and reduce trauma-related symptoms while strengthening resilience and connection.
